Keeping my payment safe

Bell Frankie + Co. utilises the Shopify Payments gateway for Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit card payments. You may also pay via a Paypal account if you prefer.



How long will my order take?

Orders are usually posted within 2 - 4 business day/s of receiving your order. For further information about the express network, refer to the Australia Post website. 

What shipping options do you offer?

Within Australia we use the AUSTRALIA POST "EXPRESS POST"service. All parcels  have a flat delivery fee of $10.50.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes we do, please check the international shipping options when you check out.

An item I wish to purchase is out of stock. When will it be available again?


From time to time we will re order a style, but generally once something is sold out its gone!

PRODUCT RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns/exchanges/repairs.
Any item purchased online cannot be returned to one of Bell Frankie + Co.'s independent stockists. They may however be exchanged/returned through the Bell Frankie + Co. Malvern retail store or via post.

RETURNS

If your items are not quite right we will happily offer an exchange, credit voucher or refund on full priced items.  Returns will only be accepted within 14 working days of goods being received.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with Bell Frankie + Co. packaging attached. If you are returning via mail please include your name and order number, pack all exchanges safely for the return transport and clearly mark as follows:

SALE ITEMS

No refund or exchange on sale items will be offered. Faulty items will be accepted in accordance with the ACCC guidelines.


CHANGE OF MIND

For full priced items, Bell Frankie + Co. is happy to provide you with an exchange or refund should you have a change of mind within 14 days of the original purchase. Any postage costs sustained or associated with the order and return of the stocks, cannot be refunded. If you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings online, for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty or demonstrating a major problem and is unable to be repaired. Bell Frankie + Co. reserves the right to offer to repair an item wherever possible before a refund or replacement is put forward.

Proof of purchase must be supplied for all faulty claims and all claims must be within 6 months from purchase date, time frame.

We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and will advise the most appropriate method of returning the goods. We will assess the goods when they are received to determine if they are faulty. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are damaged due to mistreatment or normal wear and tear.

Upon receiving the item, if deemed faulty we will send you a replacement in the same colour and size.

In the event that the particular item has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued on the original purchase price. Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser using the card that was used for the original purchase.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CARE

Love your costume jewellery...

All our pieces are crafted using resin beads, mixed metals, semi-precious stones and chains. Remember to always keep them stored separately and away from perfume, moisturiser and hairspray. These pieces are not as durable as sterling silver and are to be treated more delicately. If there is damage due to the pieces being dropped, mistreated/carelessly worn or stored wrong Bell Frankie + Co. will not take responsibility.

Store these items in the bags or boxes you received with it when not being worn. Natural wear and exposure to skin, moisture, hairspray or perfume will lead to colour change from the products original colour. All earring stems are made with surgical steel unless stated.

GST & TAXES

All purchases delivered within Australia incur the standard government Goods and Service Tax (GST). All prices listed on the website include GST. For international orders, the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may apply depending on the landing country. Any additional international charges will be at the expense of the recipient and will not be covered by Bell Frankie + Co. The customer may incur these charges at any time up to 24 months after the goods are purchased.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

We may occasionally release promotional codes valid for a specified time. These codes are valid for use within the specified time frame only. All conditions applying to each promotional code will be specified at the time of issue. They may be redeemed online only. They cannot be used in any independent Bell Frankie + Co. retailers.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can only be purchased online.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Out of date vouchers will be cancelled and no money will be refunded. Vouchers may be spent in whole or in part, however the remaining credit will retain the original expiry date.

Gift vouchers are valid for use on the Bell Frankie + Co. websites only. Bell Frankie + Co. gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Remaining credit cannot be paid in cash.
